As for By My Hand Alone, you can mostly only be lucky with what spawns and where. -Headhunter: "Complete Assassin's Run with 100% accuracy using only head shots." This achievement can be quite time consuming and a pain to get. For this, you have to complete the "Assassin's Run" challenge, without missing one shot, and all the bolts hitting the enemies head. This is difficult because of the unpredictable AI. Personally, after I began trying to get all the achievements on dishonored I gave up after that dlc, even after I completed all of the other ones :( For me that was actually one of the easiest ones, you really just need to aim it so that it's very slightly in front of his head (where he is going to walk to that is) and then fire and hope you got the timing right. But yeah, taking a break from Dishonored was the right call, I mean, I still haven't gotten the 3 stars or Daredevil but it just feels far less stressful than before. Nequis, bro, you don't know just how lucky you are to have gotten Headhunter after merely 30+ attempts!

Headhunter is an achievement/trophy in the Dunwall City Trials DLC. In order to get this achievement, Corvo Attano must complete the Assassin's Run challenge with every crossbow bolt hitting the target Whalers in the head. If a shot misses a Whaler's head, the achievement is locked.
